Get to know the resort
Villars-Gryon sits on a sunny shelf in the Vaud Alps, an easy, scenic resort that looks across the Rhône valley to the Dents du Midi and links over the hill to Les Diablerets and the Glacier 3000. Its 125 km of piste are mostly gentle and tree-lined, ideal for families and improvers, with the glacier guaranteeing snow at the top. With a cog railway from the village and a famously international, school-town atmosphere, it is one of the most relaxed bases in the western Alps.
