On paper, the local Ehrwalder Alm gives around 30 km of piste, with wide blues up top, a couple of black drops back to the valley, and a small snowpark for the kids' first switch attempts. The real card is the Top Snow Card forfait, which adds the glacier and the German Garmisch-Partenkirchen side, so you can ski Bavaria in the morning and Austria in the afternoon on one ticket. Snow is reliably good thanks to the altitude, the north-facing aspect and the glacier insurance up top, and crowds stay well below Garmisch and Seefeld levels.
