Get to know the resort
La Foux d'Allos sits at the head of the Verdon valley, a compact slope-side resort built at 1800 m, sunny and snow-sure thanks to its altitude in the southern Alps. A long ridge link drops over to Pra-Loup to form the 180 km Espace Lumière, with wide, well-graded cruisers and short queues. Quiet, family-friendly and great value, it is one of the smartest southern-Alps bases for a relaxed week on snow.
