Damüls-Mellau links the two Bregenzerwald villages into 110 km of piste over the Mittagspitze sector, with a combined 29 lifts and a snow record that is frequently cited as the best in Austria (often well over 9 metres of annual snowfall on the upper slopes). Mostly above the tree line, with proper freeride terrain on the north faces and easy intermediate cruising on the wide front. Beautiful Bregenzerwald Wälderhaus architecture in both villages.
