Get to know the resort
Valberg has been welcoming skiers since the 1930s, a small, sunny resort set among larch and pine forest in the Mercantour at 1650 m, less than two hours from the Riviera. Its 90 km of piste are mostly gentle and tree-lined, perfect for families and intermediates, with the open slopes of the Croix de Valberg adding a touch more for stronger skiers. The village has real character and a year-round community, and the southern sun makes for some of the most pleasant ski days in the Alps.
