Most of the village is genuinely on the snow: you can clip in outside your hotel.

Andes
Portillo is the truest ski-in ski-out in the Americas: the yellow Hotel Portillo, the Octagon Lodge and the Inca Lodge all sit on the snow, with lifts loading just steps from the door. You walk out in boots, you walk back in for lunch.

Andes
All three village hotels sit directly on the snow, so genuine ski-in ski-out is the rule rather than the exception. Boots come off at the door of the Valle Nevado, Tres Puntas and Puerta del Sol; lifts are a short walk across the plaza.

Not the whole resort, but specific hotels or sectors put you right on the piste. Pick the address carefully.

Andes
Corralco has a genuine slope-side lodge. The Valle Corralco Hotel and Spa sits right at the base of the lifts among the araucaria forest, so you ski straight to the door and back. It is the only hotel on the mountain, which keeps the slopes quiet and the convenience high.

Andes
Genuine ski-in, ski-out is available at the base village. Hotel Nevados and the neighbouring Valle Hermoso lodges sit right on the snow, so you can clip in steps from your room. Most other lodging is down in Las Trancas, a short shuttle ride below the slopes.

Andes
El Colorado and neighbouring Farellones offer some slope-side lodging right on the mountain, so a few hotels and apartments are genuinely ski-in, ski-out. Many visitors, however, prefer to stay down in Santiago and drive the roughly 39 km up the winding road each morning.
Base 2430 m Β· Pistes 40 km

Andes
Most lodging in La Parva is private chalets and apartments rather than hotels, and ski-in ski-out depends on which terrace you book. The upper buildings along Las Aguilas put you on the snow; lower addresses can mean a short shuttle or boot walk to the lifts.
