Narvik is an Arctic-Circle resort in the Lofoten-adjacent fjord region, where the Narvikfjellet gondola climbs straight from sea level to 1,003 m, the highest sea-to-summit gondola in Northern Europe. 12 km of marked piste sit on the mountain, but the views over the fjord and the big-mountain freeride lines are what bring skiers north. It is also one of the few places in Europe where you can see the Northern Lights from the lift.
